Service Process
Step 01. 線上諮詢
We provide online consultation and quotation based on photos provided by customers.
Step 02. 開工前的確認
Conduct on-site inspection, test the condition of the area to be cleaned, and explain the work content, process, and required time in detail before starting.
Step 03. 清潔工作
我們會保護待清潔區域，防止弄髒，然後使用專用工具開始特定的清潔工作。
Step 04. 完成及報告
After work is done, we invite customers to conduct a final inspection and confirm proper operation. The work is completed upon customer's signature.
What we do not clean?
- Spaces under furniture/sofas unreachable by vacuum
- Laundry or fold/hang any clothes, towels, bed sheets
- Windows exterior or walls
- Inside cabinets (including china cabinets)
- Inside closets (will be vacuumed/mopped if empty)
- Any outside areas (only the front/back door)
- Under heavy furniture
- Small items such as toys, books, shoes, etc.
- Dishes (will be placed in dishwasher, not hand-washed)
- Books will not be removed from the shelf
