1. Please inform our technicians of the height of indoor and outdoor AC units in advance. Service cannot be provided for units exceeding a certain height. If service is unavailable due to unreported height or on-site conditions differing from prior information, rescheduling is required, and the HK$350 inspection fee will be waived.
2. Concealed ducted AC cleaning includes one set (two) of blower wheels. An additional HK$1,600 per blower wheel will be charged for extra sets.
3. AC disassembly and cleaning require indoor or balcony space. Some items may need to be moved on-site; we will notify you in advance to clear the area for convenient cleaning.
4. If technicians cannot contact you upon arrival, they will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. If contact remains unsuccessful, 50% of the order amount will be charged as a service fee per the same-day cancellation policy.
For AC units over 10 years old, we still provide a 3-month warranty after cleaning if you choose to proceed with the service.

We recommend disassembling to inspect and determine whether to shorten or extend the cleaning frequency based on your specific usage habits. Feel free to contact customer service for details.
Can I check if the internal parts are dirty myself?
Yes!
A. Split-Type AC:
- Open the air outlet swing leaves.
- Use your phone to take photos inside, focusing on the blower wheel.
If visible areas are dirty, invisible parts (especially the drain pan) are definitely dirtier!
B. Concealed Ducted AC:
Open the maintenance hole and check using the method above – be careful when climbing.
C. Window-Type AC:
The air duct is curved, so internal parts cannot be seen with the above method. The unit must be removed and opened for inspection.
