服務條款及協議

一、服務內容與範圍
1.本服務為裝修後全屋深層清潔及高溫消毒服務，內容包括但不限於地板、牆身、天花、窗戶（內窗為主）、傢俬內外、廚房及洗手間之清潔及消毒。
2.無光觸媒除甲醛服務屬獨立工序，將於清潔完成後由專業師傅進行。
3.外窗清潔將視乎現場環境、安全條件及工具可達性作有限度處理。
4.冷氣機及浴室寶之基本清潔只包括隔塵網及外殼；如需深層拆洗，須另行收費並安排專業技術人員處理。
 
二、服務時間與流程
1.服務一般於當日上午九時開始，實際完工時間視乎單位狀況及施工進度，通常至傍晚六時左右。
2.清潔人員將於接近完成前約一小時通知客戶回單位進行驗收。
3.除甲醛／滅蟲工序一般安排於傍晚進行，實際時間以當日安排為準。
 
三、客戶責任與配合事項
1.客戶須確保於清潔當日，單位內不再進行任何裝修、補油、安裝或執漏工程。
2.客戶需提前與搬屋或裝修師傅妥善協調，並預留整天時間供清潔人員施工。
3.如大型電器（如雪櫃、洗衣機、煮食爐）需一併清潔，建議於清潔當日早段時間已放置到位。
4.貴重物品、易碎品及私人物品，建議客戶事前自行妥善保管。
 
四、預約、更改及取消
1.建議客戶提早 3–7 天 預約服務日期。
2.已確認之預約如需更改，須於最少兩天前通知；否則本公司有權視乎情況收取行政或安排費用。
 
五、收費及付款安排
1.所有報價已包括清潔劑、用品及專業設備費用，除非另有列明。
2.費用將於服務當天完成、驗收後即時支付。
3.如因現場實際情況與原先報價資料有重大差異，本公司有權即場與客戶重新確認服務內容及費用。
 
六、效果說明與責任限制
1.清潔及消毒效果會因單位實際污染程度、裝修材料及通風狀況而有所差異。
2.無光觸媒除甲醛為輔助改善空氣質素之技術，實際效果不構成醫療或法律保證。
3.在正常施工及合理小心情況下，本公司不對因單位原有結構、老化或隱藏問題所引致之損耗承擔責任。
 
七、其他
1.本公司保留因天氣、突發狀況或安全因素調整施工安排之權利。
2.一經確認預約，即表示客戶已閱讀、理解並同意以上所有條款。

How long we retain your data

 If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

 If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
